Evolution of Smooth (EOS) has only been in business for seven short years, but has managed to out-sell both Chapstick and Blistex during this time. The company is the second best-selling lip balm company in the United States, and has been featured in a number of beauty publications, including Allure and Cosmo. The founders of EOS created a lip balm made from organic and all-natural ingredients, and made the product stand out by placing the balm in a cylinder-shaped tube. EOS is currently worth around $250 million, and sells around 1 million units every week.
