Bradesco’s quest for HSBC began earlier in 2015 when the company estimated that the deal would boost its assets by more than 16%. The hardest part, however, was to decide on how the business process would be integration as HBSC had the largest business clientele, serving over 5 million clients, with 851 branches and more than 21,000 employees.
