Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has been Bradesco’s Board Chairman since 2017, October and has served as the company’s director since March 2009. Bradesco’s quest for HSBC began earlier in 2015 when the company estimated that the deal would boost its assets by more than 16%. The hardest part, however, was to decide on how the business process would be integration as HBSC had the largest business clientele, serving over 5 million clients, with 851 branches and more than 21,000 employees.
